We're Prepared for the Challenges of COVID-19
Our operations are open and operating normally.
Like all of you, we are concerned about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented our plans to ensure you stay connected to your ITS Fiber services as well as to family, friends, co-workers and schools through this difficult time.
Because we know this situation may affect both our employees and customers, we've made the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. We want you to be assured we are prepared with a well-thought-out plan to ensure the safety of our personnel and the continuity of our water and waste-water services.
1.We have shared specific instructions with our employees that follow the CDC's guidelines and recommendations on social distancing, essentials of washing/sanitizing their hands, and staying home if they are sick.
2.All our facilities are being cleaned professionally by individuals following CDC guidelines.
3.We have instructed our staff who make service calls to take even more intensive measures to sanitize themselves, tools and equipment.
