How Do I Set Up New Service?

Due to the Village of Indiantown purchasing Indiantown Company, there will be changes that affect how you set up new service as of October 1, 2020.

After September 26, 2020 you will no longer be able to access your online account or pay your bill from this website.

Look for details of those changes in an email and letter the week of September 21, 2020.

New Service

As a new customer opening an account, it is necessary to pay a security deposit and complete and sign an application for service. Click here to access the online Water/Wastewater Service Application or visit our Bill Pay office to fill out the application. Service can only be put in the name of the person signing the application, and a picture identification must be provided.

Deposits
A service charge will be assessed to initiate service and will appear on your first billing statement. Repeated late payments of your utility bill may require an additional deposit. Deposits are held for a minimum of 24 months of consecutive on-time payments; longer if there are repeated late payments. Download our Rates Schedule for current deposit rates.

Transferring Service
If you move from one service location to another within our service area, your deposit cannot be transferred to the new location. A new application for service will be required and a service charge will be assessed. Non-residential customer deposits are refunded when the account is closed. The new customer moving in at your old service location shall make a deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred from one customer to another.

Ending Service
If you discontinue service and move from our service area, all outstanding charges will be deducted from your deposit and your final statement will indicate a balance due or a refund within 90 days.

How and Where to Pay Your Bill
You may pay your water/wastewater bill online, by mail, in person or by phone.

Please note there are CHANGES to who, how and where you pay your bill for September 1 and October 1, 2020. Please go to the Indiantown Company Transition Process page for instructions.
